There are stages when you need someone who has already seen the movie, not a full-time C-level salary. That is where I come in: a few hours a week, the decisions that are expensive to get wrong, and the guy who asks "and how does this pay for itself?" before it is too late.

Lo que hago como fractional: roadmap técnico, decisiones de arquitectura, armar y ordenar el equipo, elegir proveedores, y traducir entre el founder y los devs cuando hablan idiomas distintos.
Ten years leading engineering at GOAT, one of the world's largest marketplaces for sneakers and luxury ($3.7B valuation), with a team spread across 6 countries. I designed from scratch the Warehouse Management System that runs its operation. Before that, teams of up to 20 across Argentina and India. What I do as a fractional: technical roadmap, architecture decisions, building and shaping the team, choosing vendors, and translating between the founder and the developers when they speak different languages.
